Hi all,can i update the AAS ultra analog from AAS site?
I need a serial but there isn't in my product's list....
Any experience with this problem??

It's been a while since I did this but I think what you do is this.  Go to your Cakewalk "my products" page and find "AAS Ultra Analog VA-2".  The cakewalk supplied 8 digit serial number will be there.

Then go to https://www.applied-acoustics.com/portal/package/  and register your product using the above 8 digit serial number.

It would also be good to create an account so you can get a link to your purchased and registered AAS Products

Promidi thanks for replay.....but it's very strange,in my product i have found only platinum instruments where i can read AAS lounge lizard piano but Ultra Analog is not here!

Did you purchase Ultra Analog VA-2 or are you referring to Ultra Analog Session?

No sonar session 2 i have seen the update on aas site for 99€

I believe you have to upgrade via the Cakewalk Store: "Special upgrade prices are offered to SONAR Platinum customers using Ultra Analog Session. Please be sure you are logged into your Cakewalk account to see the correct pricing."
 
Unfortunately the price isn't as good, but what you have is UA Session SONAR Edition, not the AAS one.

Mmmmm i believe that you are right....this is not good for us ,maybe cake should do an agreement with 3td part company to upgrade for a minor price rather then the full price!!!!

I've also written to Cakewalk support as it should be USD$99 as per the AAS site.

Just checked my account at AAS and I have serial numbers for both he Ultra Session 2 and Strum GS 2.

Seems when I bought Platinum that the extras were included and I got an email with the numbers.

Unfortunately I just tried and the email is invalid for this upgrade. Bummer.

Where or how did you find that it is called the the Sonar Edition? I haven't been able to get that info anywhere.

It seems silly as we are given serial numbers which are not valid for any upgrades on the AAS site.
