I, personally, have the Behringer 4 channel headphone amp for use when I am "mobile" but for my studio rack, I am "in the middle" with A.R.T.

Very cool guys. Thanks for the thoughts. I like the cheap one because I could throw it across the room in the middle of the musicians. I like the rack ones for convenient travel.

Thanks for all the inputs! I've been eyeing for the Radial devices for sometime.. but due to budget, the Behringer small 4-ch headphones or line mixer becomes my go to solution for now
