Can't draw tempos in 2017.3 preview

This new update is AWESOME! But I just discovered that I can't draw tempos. Is it just me or is it something that needs to be fixed for the final release?

you mean drawing tempos in the tempo view ? using the smart tool ?

Exactly.
All there is, is the arrow pointer. I've tried every tool and nothing works.

Confirmed here as well.

I have posted in the problem reports forum area. Others affected by this might want to reply so the Bakers know this feature is used.
