It worked for me.

Ya, the Early Access download from Command Centre worked for me . . . but it's usually highlighted as a rollback in bold orange text. No bold orange text this time ? . . . but the download/install worked OK for me.

Downloading now.  This new update has features I'm excited about.

Sorry you're disappointed. Several recent updates had nothing I was interested in either.
I'm sure ripple edit will show up in a future release. 

New question ...
The SONAR 2017.03 early release notes mentions new features for "UWP MIDI Engine & Bluetooth MIDI Support."  Will these new SONAR features run on Windows 7 and 8.1?  The MS literature I've seen implies that the Universal Windows Platform (UWP) is only deployed on Windows 10.
