Something definitely a bit flaky this time. There were some updates available but not Sonar. Restarted the PC and still no update for Sonar. Went into my CC settings and clicked "Check now" and got updates for Sonar.
I don't remember ever having a problem with the CC before.

That's normal behaviour. If CCC has checked for updates and updates are posted within the Minimum Update Interval Period (Default 24hrs) then they won't show up until you force a check or the period restarts.

I've had TWO email notifications about this today, but Command Center isn't picking up on its availability yet. :(


You have to go into the instelling (sic) symbol and update CCC.


I know you meant well, Danny, but I have been using Command Centre for a while now. Yesterday, despite the two emails announcing the 2017.02 update, Command Centre had green lights across the board and was telling me that my 2017.01 version was up-to-date. As of today, Command Centre has woken up to the fact that there is indeed an update, and the 2017.02 installation has completed successfully.

Updating to the current software was easy with no problems! I've been working on songs for the last few hours,
Everything is working smoothly, also I've tested my system with many plug-ins, at least 30 or more tracks, my CPU was hardly pushed with automation etc. Windows 10 is up to date, so far great performance.

Ok..since no one seems to have a solution to the Command Center not functioning for me, can someone at least direct me to new links for the new downloads.  Shouldn't they show up in my registered download list?  Any help here would be greatly appreciated.  Don't want to miss updates.  Thank you for your help in this matter.




Hi,
After logging in here you can go to the following link:
https://www.cakewalk.com/My-Account/Product/CSPT100
 
This should show up the Available download for Sonar Platinum. You need to download the SONAR Platinum 23.2.0.45 and Platinum Core Plugins 1.0.0.7.
Then you can copy these two files to the download folder mentioned in your CCC.
You can run the .exe files from there of the update from CCC.

For whatever reason CCC has always knocked everyone off the internet wherever I am, home or at my shop whenever I update via it. (Comcast residential and business accounts).
 
With this link I can download updates like normal (and I just did) without the usual howling from those around me. I always had to pick my update times veeeery carefully!
