Too bad.... This is a bit annoying though not show stopping...
 
As since the release of the separated from browser synth rack. It always returns to dock at right no matter how I save it.

Mine is very annoying also in that when diplicating a screenset that does have it docked at the right,
which is where I want it,
the position of the SynthRack doesn't duplicate to the new screenset.
It pops up floating and collapsed and I have to redock it where I want it docked.

We also shouldn't have to undock it from the right in order to disable a synth.
