Hello all,
   New to music creator 6. I have been trying to follow the videos. they are will done however I have two main issues that are holding me back
from using the tools. First I can't get any preview sound. Playback of demo is find. If I goto the midi tab on the upper right and insert a soft sysnth that works.
but the regular add loops preview mode will produce no sounds. Also i was following the add loop video exactly and when gets to the part when drop down
a bar and should show song block 001, 002, 003...ect   that is not there. I am wondering if anyone ran into these issues at the beginning and what their
solution was?

I don't use the loops much  and going from memory just doesn't work..... I do know there is an on/off button for the loops sound. A single click should get them to play..... and IIRC it is not necessary to insert a synth for the preview. 

Double click I believe pops them into the selected track at the now point
