This is exactly what happens to me as well. Which of the libraries are remaining red in your case? Here as well, they are getting installed with success, but remain red.

I am on a MacPro (2010) running 10.8

On OS X you have to grant an installer permissions at the outset. The Command Center prompts accordingly before starting any installation work.

I'm having same problems on iMac. Not all volumes installing - though say they are. And 'demo' mode is on. Any other suggestions regarding 'activation'?

Seems like it installed and activated for me. I'm running 10.10.2 and it hasn't kicked back a demo mode or registration error. Did you do the following to install it?
1) Download Cakewalk Command Center from our site
2) Install Cakewalk Command Center
3) Yosemite asks you for your computer's password to install
4) Login to CCC
5) Click "Install" or "Install All"
6) Open DAW, insert Rapture Pro

Yes, I believe I did. The only slight difficulty is when asked cakewalk installer wants to make changes it doesn't appear to recognise my settings (my computer was set up without password so always leave that blank and simply press return), so I end up cancelling it and proceeding (!).
