It will take some practice, and there are some who believe you shouldn't master your own material, but you can get pretty close to mastering quality with what you have.
If you're interested in DIY mastering, a good place to start is with
ProChannel presets. There are several there for mastering. Add in LP MB and/or LP EQ as needed, and (optionally) Tape/Saturation/Harmonics/Imaging effects as part of an FX chain. Put Boost 11 (or one of the other limiters) at the end of your chain.
Craig Anderton is working on some DIY mastering content, but it's still a couple of months away, and is expected to be part of the new eZine launching in May.
