For some strange reason, TH3 has gone back to a DEMO mode again. I had this issue some time back, where it would launch, but there would be no presets and it would ask for authorization.
It was solved the last time by renaming the program data/overloud/TH3 folder to TH3.bak, and reinstalling boutique FX suite.
Didn't work this time. The thread for the issue about a year ago was discussed here:  http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3436003
Can't figure out why this is happening.
BTW running build 45, 2017.02

Since your sig says you're running Windows 8, have you tried running everything as Administrator?
 
If you haven't already, uninstall the Boutique FX Suite, then install it again as Administrator and run Sonar as Administrator. You probably already know you can download it from your account if you don't have it in your Command Center downloads folder.
 
Another option is rolling back (via Command Center) to an earlier version. Just right-click on the Boutique FX Suite to see the rollback option. If you try this, pay attention to the version numbers because they're in chronological order, so it's easy to mix up 1.0.0.11 with 1.0.1.11.

TH3 loads fine, its just that all of the presets on the left of the module are grayed out, and if I double click, it pops up a message to the effect of " these presets are only available in the full version"...authorize!
I managed to figure it out last year, but not having much luck this time. I may have to completely uninstall the  boutique FX, clear reg entries, and reinstall boutique..

ALL the presets? Most of them will be grayed out in TH3 Cakewalk if the "SEE ALL" option to the right of BANKS is checked because this displays the full version preset banks in addition to the TH3 Cakewalk banks. Deselecting "SEE ALL" should show the 5 TH3 Cakewalk banks.

SCOOK, yet again you have solved the mystery! Unchecked the "see all" and Viola! there they were!
