just completed the upgrade to Windows 10 from 8.1. Everything looks fine except for Addictive Drums 2 I got with SPlat. Shows-up in demo mode saying I still have 10 days. I followed instructions and tried to re-authorize it with the XLN Online installer. Two things :

• The installer thinks I want to install the software on a second computer (wrong! this is the same computer but upgraded to Win 10)
• I can't find Windows 10 in the drop-down list the XLN Installer propose.

Was anayone successful to re-authorize AD2 after their Win 10 upgrade? If yes, how?

I used the installer on my computer.. Filled in the drop downs and done. Was pretty easy.

THe XLN loader thinks it's a new machine, and your license is tied to your registered machines. Fill out the page to identify your new machine (old machine) and enter win 8.1 as the OS and it should be fine. It won't try and reinstall the software since it finds it right away. XLN don't have things set up for Win 10 yet.

I had the same problem when I jumped from 8 to 8.1! I guess I'll plan on going thru that again for 10!

Thanks mcouture1961 and ampfixer, I was scratching my head over that one too. Now all I have to do is figure out True Pianos and I think I'll be up and running.

IK Multimedia's products will most likely have to be re-authorized as well.
They did when I replaced my boot drive...

Same issue. What is the computer installer? My AD2 is in the demo mode. BTW upgrade to windows 10. Lost command center but ran it in Vista with service pak mode and finally got it to work. Now AD2 doesn't work.

Well, this is ridiculous.  I know this is an older thread, but I just performed some much-needed Windows 10 updates (already had Win10 installed for about 6 months now), and I lost authorizations on AD2 and Microtonic.  WTF?  I am losing my trust in Windows 10 a little more every day...
