Yes, if you log in you will see that we are only charging you the difference in price from $199 and what you paid earlier this year. We sent out emails to folks like you a couple of weeks ago. So because you renewed, you would pay $99. Just log in to the store and you will see your price.
Hmm ... I upgraded from Professional to Platinum in March 2016, but haven't gotten an email about a special upgrade. Come to think of it, there was a bit of a kerfuffle in
that upgrade, where I was sent emails about upgrading from Artist, instead of from Professional, so I think there might be a glitch in the matrix ... I mean, the database.
Should I check in with customer service? Or am I just outta luck?
Edited to add: Aha! The special deal is for people who upgraded last year, and renewed this year. That's not me. Bummer.
