Interleave stuck on mono depending on ProChannel Routing

For some reason I can't change the interleave on my track from mono unless the ProChannel is
PRE-FX Bin.
What's up with that?

The only effect in the bin is amplitube. I doesn't force mono on any other tracks. The send you can see there doesn't actually send the audio either for some reason.

I guess the RenaissanceCompressor was forcing the track to be mono despite being bypassed. Still no idea why that send doesn't work.
EDIT:
Got it working now! Forgot that my aux track needed
input echo ON
