I have two products essential and le. I choose to email support and it won't allow me to. I reviewed all the faq's... horrible. The phone number no longer answers either. Maybe someone here can help.
All I want to do is play back my midi files and then convert to wave. I want to use the oft synth tts for playback. When I load the softsynth and hit play I get this message:
 
Unable to open audio playback. the device may not support the current object audio or may be in use.
