1- Right click / lasso all tracks.
2- Once they are all highlighted, grab 1 track and drag it to the desired location.

I would select the empty space from 0:00 to the start of the song and use the Delete | Delete Hole command with everything ticked.

Yea,

Just highlight all of the tracks and then just place the mouse on the track that is closest to the mark you want to reach on the time line,  then click and drag to the left until you've reached 00:00:00.

If you mess up, click CTL Z to undo immediately.

This works really unreliably, I don't think it would even do anything unless there's a clip there?

This method will not move Markers and Tempo changes, which leaves a lot of manual cleanup.

This method will not work, because Delete Special...  requires that data exists in the hole for every track that must be moved.

Since you are moving the entire arrangement and I am assuming that includes the Markers and Tempo changes, I recommend that you do the following:

1.  Save the current version.
2.  Lasso select all clips in the arrangement and verify that the start of time selection starts at the beginning of the existing arrangement and not before it.
3.  Select Edit > Cut Special.. from the main menu.  Check everything in the Cut Special dialog except Delete Hole, and click OK.
4.  Verify that the Now time is at 1:01:000.
5.  Select Edit > Paste from the main menu.

Hope this helps,

Nice solution Ron. That is something new I had not thought of before. You have given me something new to add to my own SONAR repertoire, and undoubtedly other peoples as well. Thanks for that.

I find it's a bit dangerous to start a song at zero. Some midi events can be missed. Maybe this doesn't happen anymore but it was common practice around here to always start at measure 1 not zero.
For me if I had a count in in that first measure, After I export the song, that first beat would ether be missed or so close to the front it's attack would be missing.
Many of us have wished for a negative measure to be possible to be used for count in.
That way the song itself would always start at one, the way sheet music is presented.

HI:)

Me too! I don't feel good to start at 1:0, I always start at 9:0 or even later, so you can add count in or sometimes I'm placing some small clips in this place (Drumhits (Crash, Swell a.s.o) or you can add some 8/4/2 bar intro or anything else....
