i still, STILL, have received no help from Melodyne. something is really messed up with their customer support. after not hearing from them for awhile, i will tweet at them on twitter, then i will get an email from Ulf, then, when i try to respond to Ulf's email, it is returned to me as "undeliverable." so then i write an email (trying to respond to Ulf's email) to
support@celemony.com & then i HEAR NOTHING BACK FROM THEM. one time i was told that my email to support was found in their SPAM folder. everytime i email them, i send screenshots of all the errors i get from trying to install the newest version of Studio 4 + all the specs of my PC DAW environment & it's like they never get them. i sent them another one of these emails (with screenshots & specs) this past weekend & HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM CELEMONY. i tweeted at them to ask if they got my email, or if it ended up in their SPAM folder again, and they do not respond to me there either. now i feel like they are ignoring me, a customer that spent the money to buy their product who is having a problem installing their software on a PC where all my other software works. i can't believe how awful this situation has turned out to be. it has been since MARCH 6th since i first requested help.
