I just realized that after the 2017.01 update, I can no longer insert:
 
PX-64 Percussion Strip
TL-64 Tube Leveler
VX-64 Vocal Strip
 
They simply don't appear in the plugin menu.  These items to appear in the plugin manager and they are NOT excluded, but for some reason Cakewalk will not display them when scrolling through all my FX plugins.
 
Any help would be appreciated!

please disregard the post.  I re-installed and everything is groovy.  

I just inserted PX-64 and all I got was a blank, white background in the plugin GUI.  The other 2 look OK.
 
I guess a plugin reinstall is in order.  Thanks for the heads up!

Reinstalled Boutique Suite via Command Center and PX-64 is working again!
