Confirmed That My Sonar WAVs Are Quieter Than FL Studios. Currently Downloading Pro Tools To See If Its The Same. Am I Doing Something Wrong At Export??

A little more detail might help. As in how many decibels quieter. How are you exporting your mixes? As in what options are you choosing upon export

I can get to work faster in my Audi than I can in my wife's Smart car. Am I doing something wrong?

I Don't Know How To Measure Loudness, But It's As If The Other MixDowns Have A Limiter On Them, While Sonar's Doesn't Even Though Both MixDowns Have Been Mastered. I Use Default Settings.

This is why I think we need some more details. I can't understand why something mixed in Sonar and then mastered would have a different level than something mixed in another DAW and mastered.  The mastering process should have leveled them out.
 
So,,,I feel like maybe re-explaining and showing the options selected when you exported the audio might help us figure this out for you.

I agree with the OP. Over the years it has been mentioned many times and always disputed. If I export audio, or create an MP3 it's always quieter from Sonar and I can't tell why. No such issue with Studio 1, Reaper or Mixbuss.
 
The guy is not crazy, but I can't explain it and the forum as a whole doesn't believe it.

I Use Export Options From A Fresh Install. 65-Bit Is Unchecked By Default.

Do you have any processors in the master bus...etc. etc. 
 
A WAV file that reaches a particular level is a WAV file that reaches a particular level, regardless of DAW. As to what went into making that WAV file...that's where the difference lies.

I've Tried Limiter No6 And Ozone On The Master Bus. FL's Limiter Is On The FL Mixdown File.

Just get DadaLife Sausage Fattener and get anything you want as loud as you want.
