I am taking a wav file and pulling it into Sonar from the Media browser and when I enable Snap and set it to Follow Project Tempo it will sometimes cut off the end of the clip.  It only happens after I set it to Project Tempo.
 
It doesn't do this for all wav files, and sometimes I can pull the wav in again and it will Snap just fine.
