You might also want to look at creating TRACK TEMPLATES - which I use all the time - to bring in frequently used tracks and routing assignments and such for things like a particular drum kit - where just inserting the track template for that drum kit brings in: The drum synth, the loaded custom kit, each cell piece in the kit is routed to its own output channels in the drum synth - with basic levels all set and evened out within the drum kit - a couple of midi tracks, (one for a click and one for drum data), separate audio tracks for each kit piece, with routing assignments and gain staging all set back to the outputs from the drum synth, all sorts of drum buses (cymbals, snare, kick, toms, overheads, room), etc...... - All nicely contained in a track folder, with track and bus icons and everything.
So - anyways - track templates are also quite useful, so that was why I went through all of the above typing - I get all of that with just a handful number of mouse clicks - VERY powerful.
There are many YouTube videos available that also show how to use and manage both Track and Project templates.
