I'm making recordings for a new alarm clock I'm planning to design, and I'm wondering, how would I EQ them so they sound like they're coming from the speaker of an alarm clock, like that of a GE clock radio? Should I use Sonitus EQ or another plugin? Or should I use my external SPL Pass EQ?

I guess it depends a lot on the alarm clock. A hefty highpass (low cut) and lowpass (high cut) filter seem reasonable. Easiest would be if you could hook up the alarm clock speaker and amp.

The speaker I have in mind is the one like on this alarm clock. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijXpnXW7tkc

14 minute 32 second (!!) video of a Goodwill found alarm clock.....thank God I didn't watch the entire thing...
BTW the alarm is 13'30" into the video!

That alarm will wake the dead...  <grin>

It's not the alarm I'm trying to design, but the speaker. I'm not sure what speaker it is, but I'm wondering what EQ settings I can apply within Sonitus to make the same quality sound from that speaker.
