Man I am so close, and my apologies for being late. Had a really busy week. Ok, here is the problem I have.
I can see and hear the bass perfectly. However, as soon as I press record I have no feed to the track. This is gonna be stupidly obvious to someone. Any ideas guys?

NOW I UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for being so thick guys. So you create a midi track then set the assigned instrument. FINALLY SORTED!
