title says it all, there is room for a freeze button when the tracks in question are set to Wide in Console View.

Currently, you have to go back to Track View in order to freeze a track.

It depends on the track type. Currently audio tracks do not have space for an additional button. Audio tracks may be frozen too.

Like Panu said they could add another module for that...

Going to track view everytime I need to freeze is a drag.

having it in CV would also be a good visual indicator to see whether a track is frozen or not - I suggest using different colors to indicate if "Track FX" is included in the freeze (e.g. red freeze button) or not (e.g. standard orange color for Tungsten) ... anybody can customize later in the theme editor

I would really like this, mostly to keep track of which tracks are frozen, but also to freeze tracks.
All the best.
