Hello Nigel,
Thank you for your message. Are you talking about the SpectraLayers Activation Process? If yes, use offline activation method.
In order to successfully perform offline activation, please apply the following steps:
Open the activation window and select "Offline Activation".Open the Post/Fax activation form, which will include your Serialnumber and UserID.Register your SpectraLayers serial number and userID over the Pro Audio Service Center. (Yours is already registered)
ProAudio Service Center Login
Click on "Create new activation".Indicate your UserID.Automatically a new activation code will be created.Paste the created activation code into the offline activation dialog of your application.
