Hi all, help would be appreciated
 
Since I last updated I have been getting a lot of fatal error crashes. I appreciate that it could be coincidental but before the update I had no problems whatsoever. I have added no other software or hardware or downloads so I don't think it can be a virus. Is anyone else having this issue or any ideas on how to resolve??

PS I'm not sure where to post this - I only use the soft synths so I have posted in the instruments forum too - I hope its  not breaking any rules.

Have you checked Windows event to see what is causing the crashes ?

Thanks for response Chuck - i've just had a look ( for me its a bit like looking into a Kaleidoscope with Chinese writing) here are a couple of the things it says :

I thought I would re-install D-pro and Platinum - started with D-pro about 15 mins ago and its still going (is that normal)?

Hi. Did you use CCC to install? Perhaps there is a window hidden behind it, waiting for input.
