I don't if anybody has posted this, but Overloud told me their upgrade to full will be valid through January.  I intend to take them up on it.

One thing I don't like about the Mixcraft deal: When I go to checkout and add the coupon code, I get this result.
Original Price: 163.19 EUR
Coupon: - 72.93 EUR
Sub Total: 110.12 EUR

Now, I'm no math-e-matician, but something don't seem right here!
Am I being charged for being in Europe?

This alone may just make me take up the Presonus offer instead...

It's not the vendor charging tax, it's your country.

And as it's a really large company it probably isn't paying much tax or any tax anyway (unrelated). That's everybody else's job.

Yes I know it probably isn't a large company.

If you're self-employed or running a small business collecting and paying VAT, you can get an EU tax code, and sometimes there's a way to add that code at purchase to avoid paying the tax. I think it somehow comes out in the wash, though not being an accountant I have no concrete idea how. It feels somehow better, anyway.

Hi BP,

Sorry for the inconvenience, but, when checking out, trying using US Dollars. Our transaction service maybe charging a transaction fee for international currency transactions.  Let us know if you need further assistance.

I had similar issue using Canada $$, using web site conversion, came up to almost $30 more than actual conversion rate of the day I calculated, using USA$ on web site as Anthony suggests my credit card used actual conversion rate, and about $3 transaction fee.
Cheers
