I was just looking at this app that's bundled in Win 10. Essentially, if you run into a problem with a Windows program you can use the app to record and annotate all the steps you take to cause the problem. It sounds like the perfect method to show the bakers what you do to cause, other than documented, behaviour.

I've used the Windows 7 step recorder for non-sonar related things.  (haven't technically used the Win 10 one yet).
