I've updated to 2017.01 from 2016.09. I don't see screensets in the key binding menu. They were there in 2016.09, now they seem to be gone.
Surprisingly enough, my old screensets key bindings still work.
Would it be yet another bug?

The functions were removed from the keyboard shortcuts display starting with Platinum 2106.10 (I assume Artist too). I have no idea it is was in error or not. The fact that the functions are still defined would point to error. Consider creating a problem report and posting the number in this thread.

Cakewalk's support is horrible. I've reported the missing screensets bug to them, got a reply roughly a month later. The response was: "Click on the module bar/check "screensets". Taking the piss all the way... What makes it worse is it was a couple weeks after Lance Riley's reply acknowledging the bug in my thread regarding the problem... Ridiculous
 

I guess we have had different experiences with support. FWIW, it was support that alerted Lance about the screenset problem. prompting him to reply to your thread.

I had a quick look and my screensets bindings that I created anf they a still bound and work.  However, the functinos that tihose keys are bound to do not show up in the function list.  If you have key bindings that you have created while they were listed but are not now, now would be a good time to export your keybindings to a file.  Until Cakewalk fix this bug, this would be one way to restore your bindings if you ever have to reinstall sonar from scratch. This would be the preferred way. The other way, of course, is to back up the registry key that contains your Sonar key bindings.

Thanks for the info regarding previous keybindings working pro midi. The lock/unlock screenset is one that I only activate in certain situations. Good to know that I can roll back and create a registry entry for it. Do you know the location of that particular key?

The key is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR\Platinum\Bindings.  However, the actual data can only be interpreted by the Borg Queen herself.  So creating bindings this way might be a bit of a challenge.

I do back this key up as part as my nightly back routine.  This is via the addition of the following command in my backup script.

regedit /e "D:\Data files\Reg Keys\Sonar Platinum keybindings.reg" "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR\Platinum\Bindings"

Where "D:\Data files\Reg Keys\Sonar Platinum keybindings.reg" can be your path and file of choice.  This produces a reg file that can be double clicked on to restore the key bindings.
