  • Can't login anymore, anywhere? No command center

New PC, went to login to the command center and I'm not recognized. I haven't changed anything. Password reset email never sends. I can't login anywhere. Even devices I was logged into before aren't logging in now. Not even sure this will work, still had a page open on my phone.
I'm utterly stuck...

Ok so it is working on my phone. Laptop was connected to forums but now it's not. Same login info but not working on a new login? What can I do? Need to get this new rig up asap

It's working fine for me.
 
The latest win 10 update seems to have caused quite a few issues going by some of the other threads here. As it's working on your phone it could be that.

Ok but my laptop has not updated to the latest yet, and it was just working yesterday.

Because I can't login, I can't contact support. And password reset isn't sending me the email to reset.

I'm at yet another computer that was still logged in, so I can still post.  However, if I try to sign in with a different browser, same computer and same credentials, it doesn't work.  If i try to reset the password, the email never comes.  All of my info is correct, username, email, password.  The info is also stored in Google and have verified.
 
Please, Noel, Meng, anyone?  I took today off and took downtime for my studio to upgrade the PC.  What can I do????
 
I have not changed the password or anything.  I just don't understand.

And....email support says "under construction".  Are you kidding me?

BandLab and Noel have been saying they are working on stuff behind the virtual curtain, so a little outage isn't mysterious.
 
Now, if it stays down for the day w/o any comments from the powers above, or any other info, that is worrisome.  But this forum used to go down at times.  I never had problems with CCC, tho, but it wouldn't surprise me.  Stuff happens.
 
It is not like they've screwed up announcing a North Korean missile launch.  But you're right, they should have something better posted.  And warning before if they new the CCC was going to be down.
 
Hope it is back up later today.  They might just have got caught in the new update, too.

No, this is a big deal.  My username is good but password isn't working.  But, if I try to reset the password, it doesn't work.  If I log out of any system, I will never be able to log back in.  If I can't log in, I can't submit an email to support.  Actually, support says "under construction", so there is no support.  And, we also cannot create a new account to troubleshoot.
 
I can't get access to the Command Center, or any account services, or support.  I am literally stuck, I will lose money and could lose clients if I don't get this resolved today.  This is a huge deal for me right now.  I've been a huge advocate and support of all things cakewalk, but this is really absurd.  Even if I somehow did something to my password, not being able to reset it at the minimum is really ridiculous.  I don't ask for much, but I really need access to my account asap.
