No, this is a big deal. My username is good but password isn't working. But, if I try to reset the password, it doesn't work. If I log out of any system, I will never be able to log back in. If I can't log in, I can't submit an email to support. Actually, support says "under construction", so there is no support. And, we also cannot create a new account to troubleshoot.
I can't get access to the Command Center, or any account services, or support. I am literally stuck, I will lose money and could lose clients if I don't get this resolved today. This is a huge deal for me right now. I've been a huge advocate and support of all things cakewalk, but this is really absurd. Even if I somehow did something to my password, not being able to reset it at the minimum is really ridiculous. I don't ask for much, but I really need access to my account asap.
