All fixed!  I found a help link on the bandlab cakewalk page, and they got right back to me, reset my password.

Yeah i have the same problem but when i emailed support they said what do you need Platinum for BAND LAB is free... I need an answer and i want my damn software that was $600

If you can log in here, you should be able to login via the Cakewalk Command Center using the same details.
 
CCC is still working for me.
 
I would try uninstalling Cakewalk Command Center, re-installing it, and trying again.
 
If it still isn't working, check you've got the latest updates on your OS. CCC uses a secure connection, so there could be some certificate issues if you're running a version of Windows without the latest security / IE updates.
 
You could also try going into Windows and open up Manage Computer Certificates, and delete any old cakewalk certificates that could be clashing with CCC.
 
Once you've installed Platinum plus all the 3rd party extras, I would recommend you install Cakewalk for BandLab though. It's basically Platinum plus 6+ months of bug fixes, and a MUCH more stable product.

Sounds like a question you should ask Gibson...

Yeah there is a transition phase that isn't that well supported for us end users on the appropriate pages but contacting support does eventually see it resolved. One of the 'benefits' of free software is some pain but the Bandlab folk seem to have sincere intent plus Sonar really still is a great package. Yes it needs some refreshing like Harrison and Presonus have already done but let's see how things settle IMO.
