I have contacted Support on this.  After a while they apologized to me and said that this was no longer available in Artist.  Suggested Lenses would be better.  I'm not really happy with that.  I've lost a feature, not gained one.  I've found the lenses a bit quirky too.

So, they expect us to pay the subscription so we can get LESS features... I'm speechless.
They can f**k off. No more money from me then.

Hey Folks,
 
This appears to be a bug that was introduced when we released SONAR Home Studio. We should have Screensets back in action in Artist soon. Sorry for the confusion.

Cool. IMHO screensets are a really useful SONAR feature.

I've just updated to check: screensets are back in Artist.
