Platinum 22.11.0.12 here. No problems with Toontrack products. I too am up to date with all product versions.

Does this happen when you insert a single instance of one of the plugins in a new project?

Of course. And repeatedly. In particular, with cleaning registry.

In your machine specs you have listed in your signature you have three machines. I just wanted to double check which you had the toontrack products installed on.

You can have the toontrack products installed and licenced on two machines and the sonar licence allows for multiple installs as long as you only use one at a time.

As a test I would suggest that you install sonar and one of the toontrack products on one of your other machines to see if you have the same issue.

Sorry, but you are wrong - two machines: HP EliteBook 8770w and desktop Asus P5B Premium Quad Q6600 2.4GHz. And on the second computer no Sonar, no ezplayer, no ezkeys.
And I'm sorry to repeat, but the fact that I have products work perfectly in Vienna Ensemble Pro and stand-alone. And as in Sonar Platinum 22.10.0.19. But do not work in Sonar Platinum 22.11.0.111, 22.12.0.12.

Sorry I replied on my phone and worked from memory that you had multiple computers with three lines of your signature turning in to three computers not two.
 
But at the moment this is looking like an issue with your machine/configuration because there are many people running Toontrack plugins in Sonar without the issue you are experiencing.  I am using the the RME UFX with the latest drivers over USB which should work the same as yours. the only thing I do not have is the Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 so I can not say if there is an issue with that. 
 
You could also raise the issue with Toontrack who maybe able to help.
