Is there any way to link track envelopes?  I would like to be able to change one envelope, say midi cc1, and have those changes happen in another envelope in the same track.

You should be able to lasso the nodes you want to move, then when you click and drag one of the selected nodes, all the selected nodes should move.
 
There's an example shown in this video, although it's in an older version of SONAR...
