The other day I added two new key bindings in Sonar Platinum:
 
1 - Import audio (ctrl + I)
2 - Export audio (ctrl + E)
 
Ever since I added these key bindings all of my default key bindings have stopped working. Is this an issue anyone else has had? Is there a way to reset key bindings back to defaults as they were when I installed Sonar Platinum?
 

you have a bug on keyboard too, it puts 3 instances of '?' where there should only be 1.

Sheanes - thank you very constructive. That helped a lot.

There's a lot of weird stuff going around with keyboard shortcuts with the latest Sonar updates, but your problem might not be related.

Anyway, to reset to default: go to Preferences ("P") / Keyboard Shortcuts / Import - then select "Sonar default..."

I doubt it.  I have both import and export audio binded to keys 9 and 0, no issues with key binding.  There were some issues with X1 or X2, but no longer.  Hope you made a backup (export key bindings) before the trouble began...

Not likely.
 
I have the exact same shortcuts bound just like you.
 
An alternative is to add the commands to 2 spare buttons in the Custom Module
 
Have you rebooted your OS/SONAR recently?

Remember that the keybindings are also saved with the lenses. Changing the lense changes the keybindings.
Try 2017.01 early access. There are some keybindings (like insert marker) fixed.

Luckily enough, I did not need to save the Key Bindings as I am fine with the defaults, I just wanted to add Import and Export audio to speed those procedures up a bit.
 
I was hoping I would get the answer of resetting back to Sonar defaults. It should be in a more obvious location, but now that I know I will reset back to defaults and see if it fixes things. Right now, my DEL button doesn't even work in Sonar.
 
Thank you everyone. Let me give it a try and I will let you know the outcome. I'll also be sure not to use ??? anymore as I think that offends some?

Great! That did the trick. I have also re-created my import and export audio keys and my DEL key is working now. Much appreciated for the feedback on this. Would it not make more sense to have a button next to import and export key bindings that says, "set back to defaults?"
