FWIW I have an @hotmail.com address and have never had any problems getting emails from JRR Shop.

I never received a single email from JRR via the @hotmail.com address, so I changed my email, now I get replies. I can only guess that my hotmail account was the problem.
The password retrieval system also doesn't appear to be automated. I ended up getting a reset sent to me via a facebook message after it had been reset manually. If your email account isn't receiving then you will need to contact the site owner via other means, such as facebook or via the KVR board.
As someone said, if you want excellent sales support, use Sweetwater.
