I believe I found a bug in 2016.12 in where sometimes (especially if hitting a key fast), the NUM # gets mistaken for the # on top of the keyboard.
 
For instance, I have my Number pad #9 to NUDGE 1.  I have my #9 on the top part of the keyboard to use "Screenset 9".
 
Every so often I am tapping NUMBER PAD #9 to keep nudging a note in PRV, where all the sudden, I see Sonar starts switching to screenset 9.

It's as if it gets confused between the Number Pad and the keys on the top row.

There are some keybindings (like the insert marker) fixed.

Out of curiosity, have you checked the Number Lock key on the pad?
