i accidently bumped my keyboard now i cannot change the time signature,
its stuck on  3/4 .. It doesn't allow me access to change it
its not greyed out or  nothing any help on this would be awesome

What about making changes via Project > Insert Tempo or Views > Tempo? Is it just one project? I assume you've already restarted everything and/or gotten past this by now, but if you can't do anything in the UI, try hitting Escape to make sure it's not SONAR waiting for MIDI Sync signal or input to a hidden window. If that doesn't get it, try re-opening that project or restarting SONAR LE if you haven't already.

So when you click on the time signature in the Transport module , this dialog opens and you can't change it?
