Hi everyone,

A very basic Q re the Browser and soft synths - especially Add Drums

Upgraded to Platinum a while back - I've used the previous X1 X2 versions previously

However, in Platinum my Browser doesn't show the active soft synths or rather I can't use the display in the Browser properly to show the active Soft Synths i.e. especially for Add Drums for step sequencing drums i.e. reopen the Add Drums and activate the step sequencer for the next drum pattern - I'm just stuck

Sorry it's such a basic Q but I can't figure it out - can anyone help
Best and thanks for any help
Ed

Hi. The new shortcut for the Synth Rack is Alt + 9 IIRC. The Browser is "B". Hope it helps.
All the best.

Hi Zargg
Thanks for the Alt + 9 tip but unfortunately it didn't work - this is a weird - sometimes the soft synths are there in the Browser and then other times they're just gone
What is the proper method to access the already used soft synths - eg B then what do I press to get the soft synth I'm already using
I've tried updating Platinum but apparently it's the latest version - so no solution there

This is starting to appear like a glitch - what a drag
Thanks again
Any other suggestions/opinions/solutions most welcome
Best
Ed

If all you want to do is open the AD2 UI, try clicking on the small icon in the track view

ALT+9 opens the synth rack. It is a separate view which may be docked above or below the tabs when the browser is docked, put in the multidock or floated.

What happens if you press "Y"?
