The Reference Guide is my first stop when I'm looking for information. If that doesn't work, I try the online help, but I have never once found what I was looking for there if I couldn't find it in the Referemce Guide.

Step three is this forum.

I'm sure it's this crazy as a loon Lenovo W540 REFURB-By The Factory-NOT the SHOP......Sure? Anyway it's just not updating,I'll actually remove the April 2015 one[I don't care] and update, and see what happens? This REFURB (something I DO NOT recommend by the way) Lenovo W540 has done the odddest of weirdness since day one,so I'm sure that has something to do with it?
Thanks For ALL your help sincerely!

The current Reference Guide and any previous versions are in the command centre folder if you used it to update your docs. I go in there every 6 months to clean out Sonar installs. The file I referred to in my OP is the 2016.12 version.

Haven't read the manual since ProAudio9 when you actually could read a manual on the throne.

Had to download the 600+ meg "local documentation" to get the 53 meg Reference file.

Anyone know how to delete the other 550 megs I didn't want?

You still can but you would need to have a printer nearby if you want the pages for another purpose.

Delete the installer. The installer includes all the language options but only installs the one defined in your setup.

You still can. I keep all of my manual PDF's in my Google Drive so that I can access them on my phone wherever I am - on the subway, the throne, waiting in line at the supermarket. I've read a ton of manuals like this and it's the ideal way to use those otherwise wasted 5 minute periods constructively.

Thanks, I wasn't sure what else unpacked, since it doesn't let you selectively install anything.
