I think you can do a trial of the different Izotope products. RX6 advanced has many preprogrammed modules for different situations and sound attenuation needs. Plus you can manually remove/replace manually. Trial it!

I will look at this a bit closer then, and see if I note anything on this end!!  I would think there is something there that should allow you to attenuate the sound.

Looking at this quickly, the 'Deconstruct' and 'Spectral Noise' modules may help you achieve what you want.  Since RX6 is non destructive until you tell it not to be, you can experiment and see which one works better.  There is an AskVideo on RX6 Advanced by Joe Albano which is pretty good in giving the basic of each module and what it can do.  Good Luck!
