Hi all,
I was looking in my products list, and only saw melodyne 2. I know there was an update to melodyne 4, but I don't see it in my account. It's worth noting I bought the lifetime updates. Does this mean I didn't get melodyne 4? If so, this seems kind of odd,as I essentially paid for lifetime updates that cost the same as a year's worth of updates, so it seems like I should at least get updates for extra products for a year.

Cakewalk issues a license for the current version of Melodyne Essential the first time a SONAR license is purchased that includes Melodyne. Cakewalk does not maintain Melodyne, Celemony does. Log into your Celemony account to upgrade Melodyne 2 Essential to Melodyne 4 Essential. The upgrade from Melodyne 2 Essential to Melodyne 4 Essential is free.
