My Dear Old Harmonica. (Turn off the reverb.) Looks like the only harmonica sound per se in Sonar. You could also scour the web for free/cheap harmonica samples and just drop them into Dim Pro or Sound Center. Look at sites like looperman.com. If you want to purchase samples (will work in Dim Pro, et al), there are all sorts of options like Digital Sound Factory, Big Fish Audio, etc.
