It is very annoying to set each preset of older bank to max oversampling. 
 
Cant you just add Global oversampling option in z3ta 2 settings ?
 
Most of synths has global quality setting.

I wouldn't get my hopes up for quick changes to Z3ta+2.  It hasn't been touched in a couple of years and nothing has been mentioned about any further development.
