Are we close to getting a fix on the marker and arm control on the vstudio 100 since the last update neither is working help

not sure TBH, but I don't have any issues at all with shortcuts. some do.
Have you tried rebinding them ?

We have the same problem. It's not possible to bind any shortcut for "project - insert marker".
This is since the Nov. 2016 update.
Also "M" is not working. Also controllers cannot insert a marker.
Why some people have this issue and some people not - I don't know.
But we have also the problem that the "Add Track" dialog pops randomly up, for example during normalizing.
 

Yea, lance said that they know about the issue just trying to get them to tell the status for the fix

I see you edited your first post, It wasn't really clear what you were asking before you edited it.
Possibly a good description in your opening post in the future will prevent people like me replying when I have better things do as im sure you do as well.

a) CW knows about the problem (confirmed in this forum)
b) there was no release since that time
c) CW normally release once per month...
So you can guess when that is fixed.
 
PS. V-Studio is discontinued product from company no longer associated with CW...

It's very important to keep the software and hardware working together. It a not just my controller but others.
