Reinstall and update: both start downloading again.
 
Guidance please.

CCC should start installing after download automatically.
 
If it doesn't, look into the download folder and either try to start the installer manually or try to delete it. (The download folder is shown in the CCC options.)

might be an Anti virus or UAC blocking the install after download is complete.
Also check Command Center settings. maybe there is a setting for download/install later or something, not at my DAW right now.

I'm with Ken. I've been caught before with a dialogue box behind a dialogue box, waiting for some sort of input before it can go ahead.

While installing the december updates this happened twice. This is the help file. The other was smaller and i just updated again and it worked.
 
I will look for the file.
 

Because I had thought clicking update would install the file, I clicked it. This started the download process again. I stopped it and found the file original file was deleted and a partial one was in its place.
 
So, I just did the update thing and this time it was auto.
 
During the past two years this has happened at least six times. Should be a way to use the CCC to install files from the folder.
