Maybe its me, but the title "SONAR Home Studio" is what got me started using SONAR to begin with (many years ago). I am not really a song writer, which seems to me what "Music Creator" is aiming for.
I think music software in some ways suffers from the same disease that Linux software has - names that have no correlation to what the software does. Consider Linux Software
- GIMP - graphics
- Pinta - graphics
- Caja - File/Folder viewer
- Nautilus - File/Folder viewer
- Ubuntu - Linux Distribution
- SUSE - Linux Distribution
Now consider some of the music software names
- Cubase - DAW
- REAPER - DAW
- Izotope Neutrino - Spectral Shaping (to me sounds more like a NASA program)
Just my thoughts....
