Using iZotope Ozone4 in Sonar Platinum and Focusrite Scarlett 2i4.  On new and old projects audio is fine unless Ozone4 is enabled. Pretty consistent clicking about every .5 to 1 second. Ozone4 works fine in Adobe Audition CC (same .wav file in each).  Tried rescanning VST plugins, no change.  44.1/16.  Tried all buffer sizes including 1024.  New Xeon PC with 32 GB RAM.  Ozone4 has worked in Sonar Platinum before purchase of new PC and Scarlett.  Was using Win7 and SaffirePro40.  Could it be some setting in Sonar?

Do you have the latest Scarlett drivers? Several forum mentions of issues involving a Scarlett interface have been fixed magically by either updating or re-installing the drivers.

I was one of them. I contacted the Focusrite support and they provided me a beta driver that solved all my issues and this month they released an update for their drivers.

I finally heard from iZotope tech suppport:
"Ozone 4 is available as only a 32-bit plugin; please note that this particular version of Ozone is not supported in the latest version of SONAR and may not function correctly when used in this environment."
Then later suggested I install 32-bit version of Sonar and 'try' that.  Ozone4 did work on my old PC with WIN7-64 and Sonar-64 bit with my SaffirePro40.  No firewire on new PC.
Not sure if issue is WIN10, Scarlett 2i4, Ozone4, or Sonar64.  All these components seem to work but not all together.
I did check, Scarlett firmware and drivers up to date.  I reinstalled the driver anyways.

Anyone else using older version of Ozone in current Sonar64?

I just played back a project, an old one, the other day with Ozone 4 and I didn't notice any issues with it. I don't use a Scarlett though. My Ozone 4 is 64 bits.

I just played back a problem project with Ozone4 with my built in Creative Sound Blaster card.  NO problems. Must be the relationship between Ozone4, Sonar, and Scarlett.  Remove one of the three and the other two work fine together.

John,  sure about Ozone4-64?  I thought only available as 32-bit.

If you are using it as a 32bit in a 64 bit version of Sonar, have you tried using Jbridge - this normally fixes most things for me if they are 32 / 64 bit related?

John is right.
I did an install of Ozone 4 using the last update (4.04) and there is indeed a 64 bit version of the plugin. Seems their tech support needs a bit of an update. Mind you Ozone 4.0 was released in 2009, nearly 8 years ago.
