Oh well, at least the 15 minutes I spent creating a project and working with the SS to see if there was something that would allow entering precise numbers wasn't entirely wasted...I never knew it talked to the event list. I can actually think of several ways this could be useful.
i do appreciate it, but it to be honest, its a very light-weight step sequencer. Compare it to B-step and you will see.
The Cakewalk one does 85% of what I need and for the rest I have Geist, so don't really feel the need for another SS.
I would caution any potential Geistarians that to get the most out of it for real-time improv, IMHO you need more than a 4-octave keyboard.
