If I saw this error and wanted to use the plug-in, I would instruct the scanner to enable the plug-in anyway. But to answer your question, there are several ways to remove this from the scanner. Here are a few:
- Move the dll from the current location to a folder not in the scan path
- Delete the dll
- When prompted with the error, disable the plug-in
- Exclude the plug-in in the Plug-in Manager
