Ability to insert/delete holes even with varying tempos and time signature with non-contiguous MIDI or AUDIO clips. 

Yes. All I want for Xmas is this.

For 2017 I want an Arranger tool. The ability to slip and slide sections around with wreckless abandon. And ease.

I'll like a similar band in a box vst / Pro Channel that enable users to add styles..

The "Bakery" goes away, and this forum stays, or at least this forum stays!

Fade edges straighten up again when separating clips after accidental crossfades

Another vote for the "1) Delete hole safely in a complex project."
 
If I'm really to dream: I would like to never again hear from my Pro Tools friends brag about how quickly they can tighten EVERYTHING up in Elastic Audio, because..magically...Audio Snap finally becomes just as robust, smart, easy and good sounding.

We haven't jumped ship  . . . we're lurking in a quiet dark corner of the feature request forum . . . watching, waiting, planning . . . soon to infect "the bakery"

2. The Freddy Mercury fix your crappy voice button
3. The Bob Ludwig fix your crappy recording button into a recording masterpiece

These would make 2017 my most successful year.

The Tommy Emmanuel fix your crappy acoustic guitar playing button
The Les Paul fix your crappy electric guitar playing button

Stability. There are too many weird little breaks to the system. Please don't go adding things until I can do an entire record without crashing or having to restart Sonar. 
The most annoying one right now is changes a mix makes all output options disappear on export requiring restarting Sonar.
